Costantinos attended the Politecnico di Torino in Italy where he received his Civil Engineering Degree (Dottore in Ingegneria) in 1982 and later the Politecnico di Bari for his postgraduate Degree completed in 1984. He initially worked as an engineer for a contractor and he joined the Partnership in 1986. In 1991 he was made a Partner – Head of the Civil Engineering department. He has been the consulting and site engineer for hundreds of projects undertaken by the Partnership. He has considerable experience within the Cypriot building industry, with work that covers the whole spectrum of building typology from individual residences to factories, hotels hospitals, work for Central Government, Local Authorities in all modes of structure (steel, concrete and hybrid structures). In recent years he has been involved in the refurbishment of large hotels to luxury apartments as well as restoration of buildings with special architectural merit.

He is an active member of both the Cyprus Architects Association and the Technical Chamber of Cyprus and attends seminars and lectures which impact on the profession as Cyprus enters the EU.
