Zavos Seabreeze Residences marketing material released

The marketing material has been completed on behalf of D. Zavos Group Ltd for Seabreeze Residences adjacent to the refurbished Marathon Seaview Apartments in Ayios Tychonas. The development comprises of a block containing six retail units and a gateway into the residential development behind. Twelve villas of the highest specifications will be constructed. Construction is planned to start towards the end of the year.
