Zavos Seabreeze out to Tender

The tenders have already been returned and are being evaluated. It is expected that the Contract will be awarded by the end of the week and will start on site immediately.

The project is located in Ayios Tychonas on the seafront adjacent to the Zavos Marathon development. It comprises of retail space at Ground and Mezzanine with two office floors above. This is located along the southern boundary. A controlled entrance between the retail units leads to 12No luxury 3-bed Villas. An apartment block is planned in the site's northern boundary.
